Terms of use
Last updated: 6 November 2026. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Purpose
Bilanlytics, published by Traikia Foudil, enables a company or an individual to assess the security of their own IT using a questionnaire, follow an action plan and produce a report. Creating an account implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Account and access
The person who creates the account is its owner. They can invite collaborators and assign the questions, and are responsible for the access they grant. Everyone undertakes to provide accurate information, keep their credentials confidential and use two-factor authentication when required.
3. Nature of the service
The service is a self-assessment tool. The results are based on the answers entered by the user and are neither a certified audit, nor a penetration test, nor legal advice. The suggested technical checks (scans, tests) must only be carried out on systems for which the user is responsible or holds written authorisation.
4. Fair use
It is forbidden to attempt to access other accounts' data, disrupt the service or upload unlawful or malicious content. A vulnerability discovered in the service must be reported using the contact form.
5. Data
Data entered remains the property of the user. Its processing is described in the privacy policy. The account owner can export or delete it at any time; every user can delete their own account.
6. Availability and liability
The publisher uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and security of the service (best-efforts obligation). Interruptions may occur for maintenance or incidents. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions taken on the basis of the self-assessment results, nor for the consequences of a test carried out without authorisation. Users are advised to export their data regularly.
7. Price
The service is provided free of charge, with no commitment and no payment method required. The publisher may offer paid features or plans in the future. They would be announced at least 30 days in advance and would only apply to a user after their express acceptance; otherwise, the user could delete their account and export their data at no cost.
8. Term and termination
The account is concluded for an indefinite period. Users can delete it at any time from their profile or the account settings. The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after informing the user except in an emergency.
9. Changes to the terms
These terms may change; users are informed of any significant change before it takes effect.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with: Tribunal judiciaire de Bonneville, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
